Connecting Nurses created and published 6 short videos to show to both nurses and patients how to make self-injection easier. For some diabetes patients, self-injection is part of their day to day life and can be very restrictive (not only at a personal stage but also at a professional one).
These videos contribute to helping nurses navigate critical conversations with people with diabetes and will empower these patients and help them to deal with their treatment.
Different levels of concern regarding self-injection are illustrated in each video from new patients discovering they have diabetes to chronic patients tired of injecting themselves.
